Shipping & Refund Policy

This policy explains how we ship your order and how refunds and returns are handled. It applies to every order placed on sparkproject.in.

Shipping

• Electronics components ship with a flat delivery charge across India (shown at checkout, editable by us).
• Project kits carry their own delivery charge, shown on each project's page and at checkout.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
• We ship via trusted courier partners (e.g. DTDC, Blue Dart) and share the tracking number by email once your order is booked.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary by location, weather, and courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll update the status and tracking number against your Order ID. You can check the latest status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting us at sparkindiapl@gmail.com or calling us. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
• Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
• Components that have been used, soldered, or altered cannot be returned.
• Project kits are non-returnable once the report/PPT/synopsis files have been accessed or downloaded, since these are digital deliverables.
